Slackers
After watching Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut I looked over at the clock, and noted that it was only 9:15. I thought to myself "I haven't done anything this weekend, maybe I should go meet the Floss! people at Gannon's." I spent the next 15 minutes debating about going out in the cold. Then finally decided to go have some drinks with everyone.
I walked to Gannon's, and opened the door into a pretty full bar. I walked down to the dart board, didn't see anyone, and promptly turned around. I walked across the street to the back-up bar, the Goose. I walked in, looked over to the usual side, and spotted MB and Kitty. Walked over and ordered a drink. Apparently, no one else wanted to do anything tonight. And, MB and Kitty were about to leave when I got there. So, I had one drink with them, then came back home.
You know I expect better out of you drunkards.

Sorry, Some of us had rehearsal in the morning for shows we are doing. Not all of us have the option of abandoning the Chicago theater scene for parts more Southern. :)Plus I had to go home and be disappointed with the song choices that Tenacious D made on SNL.
What's Gannons?
Hey. Some of us were drinking before you got there. And I must say I'm proud of myself that even with beer in my system, I know that $2.50 plus $2.50 plus $3 does not equal $13.
It's a bar, Will.
Yeah Kitty, this wasn't really directed at you and MB. At least you were out, and you picked up my one drink, so I can't really say anything. And, I'm glad you're math skills were still intact.
It was a joke, Stephen. I'm a Democrat, we're allowed to make aborted jokes.
